All Eagle Engine remanufactured transmissions are sold with a refundable core deposit and skid charge. The core deposit helps ensure the return of your old transmission, which is used in the remanufacturing process.

Once your remanufactured transmission has been installed, simply contact our team at (800) 811-9328 to schedule your core return. When an acceptable core is received and inspected, your core deposit will be refunded.

​

To qualify for full core credit, the returned transmission must be a like-for-like make, model, and type as the unit purchased. The core must be returned assembled, drained of all fluids and oil, and securely attached to the same undamaged skid or shipping container used for delivery.

​

Core returns must be received within 60 days of the delivery date to qualify for credit. Most cores receive full credit; however, deductions may apply for certain damages or conditions as outlined in our core policy.​
